1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using RahaVidia, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. The service

RahaVidia is a personal AI assistant that works with your emails, calendar, tasks, contacts and files, in the app and on Telegram and WhatsApp. Features may change as we improve the Services.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give us correct information and keep it up to date.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• Plans, prices and the credits each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy.
• AI actions use credits as shown in the app. Unused monthly credits do not carry over unless the app says otherwise.
• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Refunds follow the law that applies to you.

5. AI answers and your approval

• AI can make mistakes. Check important information before you rely on it.
• Emails, calendar changes and sheet rows prepared by the assistant are sent or applied only after you approve them. You are responsible for what you approve.
• The assistant is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RahaVidia to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages,
• break the law or the rights of others,
• harass, deceive or impersonate anyone,
• try to access other accounts or disrupt the Services,
• break the rules of connected platforms such as Google, Telegram or WhatsApp.

7. Connected services

When you connect Google, Telegram, WhatsApp or other services, their own terms also apply. We are not responsible for those services or for changes they make.

8. Your content

Your content stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Services to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Our intellectual property

The RahaVidia software, brand and design belong to us. You may not copy, modify or resell them without our written permission.

10. Availability

We work to keep RahaVidia available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending the service

You can stop using RahaVidia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

13. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms in an important way, we will tell you before the change applies. Using the Services after that means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
